Introduction
Rollers are important components of belt conveyors, there are many types and large quantities, one is impact roller. The role of the rollers is to support the conveyor belt and material weight. The roller must be flexible and reliable. Rubber impact rollers are used at inlet of belt conveyor to reduce the impact of blanking on the conveyor belt. Impac roller is installed under the receiving section of the conveyor to reduce the impact of the material on the conveyor belt during blanking to extend the service life of the conveyor belt.

1. The bearing end is constructed to ensure that the roller shaft and bearing can be firmly connected.

2. Fabrication of the roller is effected by an auto device and 100% tested for its concentricity.

3. Roller and supporting components/materials are manufactured to DIN/ AFNOR/ FEM/ ASTM/ CEMA standard.
